44. Limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition)

Someone asked, “What does limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) mean?”

I answered, first you must understand what Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) is. Otherwise, it is difficult to understand limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition).

The other person said, “If you tell, I will understand.”

Regrettably, human comprehension is limited to the scope of their Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) and “limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition)” is beyond their Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition). Therefore, even if I explained, they may not be able to understand.

In the previous chapter “Superstition and Science”, both superstition and science are within the limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition).

Before discussing “limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition)”, let us first ponder: where does your knowledge come from?

School, internet, books, television, channeling, religion, or even hearsay. All these have shaped your cognitive abilities, logical thinking, and behavioral patterns. They form your Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) and also create your “limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition).”

Here's an analogy: A fish born in a fish tank might feel that "the world is free for it to roam," yet it doesn’t realize that the "world" is only a corner of the room. However, this metaphor is still insufficient to depict how imprisoning "being limited by Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition)" can be because even the concept of the "fish tank" is beyond its Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition).

So, what is " limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) "?

A. Limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition): You do not know “what you do not know.”

This quoted “what you do not know” does not refer to “the unknown waiting to be recognized”, but to the “unrecognizable by humans”, which is beyond human being’s Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition). Like that fish, the pebbles and water plants in the tank are “the unknown waiting to be recognized”, but a fish can never comprehend “why a fish tank is placed in the room”, which is beyond its Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition).

B. Limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition): What you know is “what you think you know.”

Nowadays, “with scientific advancements and widespread media, people seem to know everything.” However, what you know, whether it is science or religion, stems from human cognition and “the scope of human cognition” is based on the World of all living beings and is confined within “the twelve degrees of progression”. People “are born in the Xiang (Manifestation) and bewildered in Xiang (Manifestation) until death”, so people are very often self-righteous.

Talking about “limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) is meant to provoke reflection. Otherwise life is deeply mired in low frequency.

In the limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition), low-frequency entities are obsessed in Xiang and it is difficult for them to reflect upon themselves. Scientific exploration, religions and spiritualism can all end up in an awkward situation: “the scope of human cognition” is like spreading a pancake, the wider it spreads, the greater its horizontal breadth, but there is no vertical depth.

In the limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition), the low-frequency entities cannot perceive high-frequency, just like “an ostrich cannot interpret the United Nations Charter and a primary school student cannot read a university textbook”. It is also difficult for the high-frequency to connect with low-frequency. “You cannot explain the Charter of the United Nations to an ostrich and university textbooks are not suitable for a primary school classroom.”

For instance, reading and understanding ‘Frequency of Civilization’ are two different matters because the book is written from “Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) of Yi Master”, and readers read it with “Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) of the sentient beings”. Different frequencies of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) may lead to different interpretations, often resulting in misunderstandings or distortions. The limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) of the sentient beings results in “high frequency transmission, but no high frequency cognition”. (High-frequency and low-frequency are not about superiority or inferiority, but levels of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition).)

It can be said that all the problems in the world are fundamentally caused by limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition).

Or alternatively, breaking out of this limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) is the key to solving these problems.

Breaking through the limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition) requires both “high frequency transmission” and “field-based thinking”.

By improving Shi (Cognition) and practicing Yi philosophy, with the development of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition), one can break through the limitation of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition).

The so-called “information transmission from the extraterrestrial beings” and “connection with the supreme beings” are still within “the twelve degrees of progression”, and do not belong to “high frequency information transmission”.

Field-based thinking is a “multi-variable, full perspective and cross-frequency” mode of thinking. It helps people develop Shi (Cognition) and break the Xiang (Manifestation), bringing about the upgrade of civilization.
