9. About Suxi and Ningxuan

Humans understand the world through the five senses. What is perceived through these senses are the sensual manifestations of the world.

To understand the essence of the world, scientific instruments don't explain much, because instruments are extensions of our senses! Humans need to break through the constraints of Jue (Perception) Shi (Cognition).

 

Every Yiology learner knows that the body is made up of energy.

The essence of the physical world is Xiang and the essence of Xiang is energy. (Don't take the word 'energy' literally)

However, Yiology Mentors should not just “know”. Yiology emphasizes empirical evidence. You need to understand how to put it into practice. Otherwise, you will fall into inertia, or even superstition and obsession.

 

Improving Shi and breaking Xiang are two ways to improve Jue (sense) Shi (cognition) when Learning Yiology. Suxi and Ningxuan are two ways to practice and improve the energy frequency.

 

Previously, people only knew about 'energy strength', not 'energy frequency'.

The enhancement of ‘energy strength’ does not necessarily enable people to recognize energy frequency, but the enhancement of energy frequency can enable people to control energy freely.

Suxi and Ningxuan not only enhance energy but also increase frequency. In this way, the Yiology Mentors can get a comprehensive understanding of energy and avoid falling into the

the 'pitfall of spiritual practitioners'.

 

Suxi is a static practice of energy frequency.

It is divided into several levels such as ‘controlling the field, breathing, and phonation’. Yiology learners should learn basic Suxi first to understand “emptying Jue (sense) Shi (cognition) and purifying the field”, and ‘let it go naturally without following consciously’. This is the basic skill.

 

Ningxuan is a motional practice of energy frequency.

Ningxuan includes practicing the motions and controlling energy. This is an important foundation for understanding “different energy frequencies” at a basic level, collecting, releasing, and guiding energy at different frequencies, and using the energy instruments of the World of Yi.

 

Suxi and Ningxuan are compulsory courses for Yiology Mentors to expand their Jue (sense) Shi (cognition) and cognition and to enhance the progress of learning Yiology.

Yi refers to the information from high frequency civilization that this book transmits.

Yiology is a means of practice of the information of Yi on the Earth.
