The Origin of the Yi Festival
On September 3rd of 2015, the first “Entry Course of Yiology“ was held.
Since then, September 3rd has become a festival for the Yiology learners - the Yi Festival!
The Yi Festival celebrations are organized by various Yi Academies, and you can choose one nearby to join the activities.
Cuisine of the World of Yi: Yi Festival Porridge
The World of Yi not only has Yi philosophy and Yi skills, but also a unique food culture: Cuisine of the World of Yi.
Every Yiology learner knows that the body is made up of energy. “Cuisine of the World of Yi” is based on Yi philosophy and considers the match of food with body from the energy level, and thus achieves effects such as “nourishing, regulating, and balancing the body”.
Here is how to make the Yi Festival Porridge:
Yellow cornmeal: an appropriate amount
Purple figs: two
Coconut dates: three (pitted)
Mineral water: an appropriate amount
Cook in a clay pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
Recommended for breakfast, for about two weeks.
Yi refers to the information from high frequency civilization that this book transmits.
